About us
The Catholic Centre for Immigrants has been welcoming newcomers in Ottawa since 1954. We help refugees and immigrants settle and integrate into Canadian society. We want every newcomer to reach their full potential. We provide programs and services to all newcomers regardless of race, national or ethnic origin, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, mental or physical ability.

CCIF’s exclusive mandate is to raise money in support of the work of CCI in a manner that is consistent with the character, vision and values of the organization. CC8
8069697 Canada Centre (CC8) is a Canadian registered charity which supports The Catholic Centre for Immigrants (CCI) by providing space and financial donations in support of the CCI mission. CC8 owns and manages three buildings: the Bruyère Centre for Immigrants, Maison Sophia Reception House and Welcome House. All three buildings are used by CCI to provide services to immigrant and refugee newcomers. Visit the CC8 website.
Community Integration Network
The Community Integration Network (CIN) is a service from the Catholic Centre for Immigrants (CCI) funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). In consultation with IRCC and in collaboration with the service providers, CIN offers program coordination and develops/gathers tools and resources to support the effective delivery of services focused on building community connections. This includes Community Connections programs, Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) and Library Settlement Partnerships (LSP). Visit the CIN website.
